🌸 FAQ & TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🌸BY PURCHASING AN ITEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.🌸  SHIPPING METHODSYou have the option to select either Priority Airmail (without tracking) or Registered Airmail (tracked shipping). The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order.In some case you may see just one shipping option which means that's the only available option for your country.
Please note that if you choose the option of shipping without tracking (priority airmail) you will have no way to follow the package and, in case it is lost (which is not very usual) I will not be able to do anything as I am not responsible for the work of the post offices!
Delivery time (approx.) is 10-15 working days for EU countries and 20-25 days for extra EU contries. Due to Covid time could be longer, don't worry if it takes time!
Orders are shipped weekly, you will receive an email as soon as they are processed.
If your package get sent back to me (undamaged/in good conditions) due to unpaid customs, failed delivery, wrong address, I can re-sent it to you but you will have to cover the shipping costs.FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that I am not responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. If your package is returned to me (in undamaged/good condition) due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, I can resend it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.UNCLAIMED ORDERSIf your order is shipped and returned to us because you are not able to retrieve the package from custom’s, or the package is returned to us because a mail service is unable to successfully deliver your order to you, we will reship your order when the new shipping costs have been paid for. If you would not like to have your order reshipped to you, we will offer you a refund for the cost of the order, minus shipping cost (only if it's a refundable item - check Refund Policy).🌸  PREORDERIf an item is listed as ''PREORDER'', it means it's not in stock right now. In short, you pay now and get the item after it's produced. By placing a preorder, you secure the item at the lowest available price and will be sure to be one of the first to get it! If that's the case contact me and we will work on a solution. I recommend waiting 2 months from dispatch date, since overseas orders sometimes may take this long to arrive!

🌸REFUND POLICY 🌸
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
🌸How to start a refund process:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
🌸To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. In the email specify what you want to return, attach a photo of the item(s)If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.🌸The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the goods. (plus custom taxes) The shipment must be tracked (tracking number must be sent at [email protected]). In the event that the customer decides to send the package with an untracked shipment the refund will not be made.It is the customer's responsibility to pack the goods safely and in their original packaging. If the package arrives damaged and without the original packaging, no refund will be emmitted. If the package get lost for any reason no refund will be emitted.Once the item arrive we will refund you the item price (no shipping costs/customs will be refunded). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🌸Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (ex. signed artbooks, signed prints, custom merch etc..). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.🌸European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the goods. Same rules of "How to start a refund process" applies in this case.
🌸Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
